As the school year nears completion, the WELS Hymnal Project invites all students (Pre-K through grade 12) to reflect on and share with us their favorite hymns.
The survey form gives you an opportunity to select favorite hymns from Christian Worship (CW), Christian Worship: Supplement (CWS), and Let All the People Praise You (LAPPY). If you aren't familiar with LAPPY or the songs in it, you do not need to complete this section.

This survey will remain open through Sunday, May 31, 2015.
For Teachers
If you wish to make this favorite hymn survey a year-end activity for your hymnology or religion class, a complete lesson plan can be found below.
If the students in your classroom are not able to complete the online form individually, a printable version of the survey is available below. Once the results have been collected, use the "Group Reporting Form" below to report the results for the entire class.
